Meet The Pros

Mary has been a dedicated professional in the salon industry for over 30 years and has owned Today’s Headlines Salon since 2001. With a deep passion for the beauty industry, she has worked in various roles since 1983, continually evolving as a creative stylist. Over the years, Mary has built an incredible, loyal clientele who have trusted her for decades. Her clients consistently refer new guests, supporting both her and her talented team year after year.

Caity has been a member of the THS team for over 9 years and brings over 14 years of experience in the beauty industry. She specializes in custom color and haircuts, and is also certified in Sugar Waxing as well as Hot-Heads Premium Extensions. In her own words: "Not only do I get to create beautiful hair, but with every guest, I have the opportunity to change lives. The joy people feel when you enhance their natural beauty is priceless. Seeing someone smile is the most rewarding part of my work." When she’s not at the salon, Caity loves spending quality time with her husband and their son.

Chuck has been part of the THS team since 2008. Before joining us, he owned his own salon in Strongsville for over 25 years. With a career in the beauty industry dating back to 1975, Chuck began his journey at TCG in the Cleveland area, where he worked as both a stylist and educator. Specializing in haircuts for both men and women, he also offers permanent waving services. In his free time, Chuck enjoys golfing and spending time with his wife, Marianne.

Alyssa has been working in the beauty industry since 2016, specializing in dimensional balayages, Qiqi treatments, men's haircuts, and professional sugar waxing. She is also a certified HotHeads hair extension specialist. Alyssa is deeply passionate about her career, as it allows her to help clients discover their true beauty, both inside and out. One of the most rewarding aspects of her work is the strong connections she builds with clients of all ages. Outside of the salon, Alyssa enjoys spending time with children and caring for those around her.

Samie has been part of the beauty industry since 2018. She specializes in balayage, highlights, and all types of styling services. She is also certified in HotHeads Premium Hair Extensions. She finds joy in connecting with clients and helping them feel and look their best. Samie leverages her vast expertise to educate aspiring stylists at THS. She is deeply passionate about supporting others in their growth and career. Outside of the salon, Samie loves spending quality time with her family and loved ones.

Chloe has been in the beauty industry since 2019. She specializes in balayage and QiQi treatments and is also a skilled makeup artist, creating stunning looks for her clients. Chloe enjoys getting to know each individual and providing personalized services that meet their unique hair goals. Outside the salon, Chloe loves spending time with her daughter, boyfriend, and friends and family.

Hannah has been in the beauty industry since 2022, with a passion for all things beauty that has been with her since childhood. She is certified in HotHeads Premium Hair Extensions and is working to specialize in blonding and lightening services. One of her favorite aspects of being a stylist is witnessing the joy and confidence her clients feel after their service. Outside the salon, Hannah enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Sarah has been in the beauty industry since 2020. She specializes in special occasion styles and updos, and is a highly skilled makeup artist. Sarah loves seeing the joy and excitement on her clients' faces when they see their new look. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends.

Alexis joined THS in 2024, the same year she graduated from cosmetology school. She plans to specialize in blonding and hair extension services and is already certified in HotHeads Premium Extensions. Alexis loves creating unique color styles for her clients. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family.

Ashley joined THS in May 2024 and has been a licensed cosmetologist since July 2023. She is excited to continue learning and growing in the beauty industry, with a passion for hair color and nails. Outside the salon, she enjoys spending time with her pets and loved ones. Ashley is ready and eager to help others feel beautiful!

Ashley joined THS in 2024. She graduated with a cosmetology license that same year. Since childhood, she has had a passion for beauty and glam. Ashley is excited to learn, grow, and make women feel good in the beauty industry. Outside of work, she enjoys shopping and spending time with her loved ones. 

Gwen has been with THS since December 2022. She primarily focuses on shampooing and maintaining the tidiness of the salon, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and that stylists have everything they need for each client. Gwen plans to attend cosmetology school in the future. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Jennah joined the THS team in 2024. She works at the front desk and ensures all operations are running smoothly. Jennah is drawn to the beauty industry and has a great passion for the hair industry. In addition to working the front desk, she is also a licensed cosmetologist of over 15 years. Her goal is to always consider the guests perception first & work to ensure that those who trust us with their services, receive the best experience possible. Outside of work, Jennah enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, friends, and family.

Tori has been a part of THS since 2019, offering support to the entire staff while managing the front desk. Over the years, she has developed a strong passion for the beauty industry. When she's not handling front desk responsibilities, she enjoys helping with shampoos and assisting with various tasks. Outside the salon, Tori enjoys spending time with her children, family, and friends.
