Cancellations

We require 24 hours notice on cancellations or re-scheduled appointments. Cancellations or re-schedules made with less than 24 hour notice & no-shows will be subject to a charge of 50% of the service fee. When scheduling appointments online, a credit card must be stored on your client file.

Late Arrivals

Please call if you are running late! To ensure the promptness of all appointments, we reserve the right to reschedule any appointment that is 15 minutes late or more to a different appoitment time. We will always do our best to accommodate our clients.

Service Guarantee
​
Today's Headlines Salon stands firmly behind all of its salon services. If you are dissatisfied with the service you received at Today’s Headlines Salon, please contact us directly and request to speak with the salon manager. Share your concerns, and our manager will work with you to schedule a convenient time to address and resolve the issue to your satisfaction. Tweaks and adjustments will be honored for one week from the date of service.
Returns & Exchanges

Due to the artistic nature of what we do, we cannot offer refunds on retail products. However, we will work tirelessly to ensure you are satisfied.

Today's Headlines Salon proudly stands behind all of its products. Should you find dissatisfaction with any of the products purchased at THS, we would love to help make things right!​
RETAIL PRODUCTS: If you are dissatisfied with the product you purchased at Today's Headlines Salon, you may exchange the purchased product for a different product within two weeks of the date purchased (with minimal use, no less than 75% full).

​​HOT TOOLS/BRUSHES/COMBS/HAIR EXTENSIONS: All hair extensions, hot tools and hair brushes/combs are not eligible for return or exchange due to sanitary reasons. If you purchased a hot tool and it does not function properly, please contact the hair tool company directly. Please be sure to register all tools with manufacturers warranty, returns and exchanges are to be made through the product's warranty program.
