We require 24 hour notice on cancellations or re-schedules of appointments. Cancellations or re-schedules made with less than a 24 hour notice & no-shows will be subject to a charge of 50% of the service fee. When scheduling appointments, a card must be kept on file.
Please call if you are running late! To ensure the promptness of all appointments we reserve the right to reschedule any appointment that is 15 minutes late to a different time. We will always do our best to accommodate our clients.
Today's Headlines Salon stands firmly behind all of its salon services. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your service please contact us immediately so we can remedy the situation. Tweaks and adjustments will be honored for one week of the date of service.
Due to the artistic nature of what we do, we cannot offer refunds on services performed. However, we will work tirelessly to ensure you are satisfied.
Today's Headlines Salon proudly stands behind all of its products. Should you find dissatisfaction with any of the products purchased at THS, we will gladly exchange for a different product within 2 weeks from date of purchase when minimally used.
All sales of hair brushes, combs, makeup, and extensions are final. No returns and no exchanges. Please be sure to register all tools with manufacturers warranty, returns and exchanging are to be made through their warranty program.
